Ohio Assignment of pre-employment patents and inventions Agreement is an agreement whereby a new employee assigns all rights to patents and inventions to the employer that were created prior to the employee’s coming to work for the employer. May be used where employer offers employment to employee as a result of such prior patents and inventions.
